In the first instance, you will receive an email notification inviting you to cast your vote, either via your online dashboard or app. Voting iOS App

Once you have logged into your online dashboard, navigate to the relevant room where the vote has been circulated.

Once in your room, click on 'Votes'.

Select the relevant vote from the list displayed.

The screen will then display the Vote information, supporting documents and a multiple choice for your Vote Decision - For, Against or Abstain.

Select your decision and add any decision notes (these will only be visible by you).

Confirming your vote will bring up a warning dialogue box informing you that, once confirmed, the vote cannot be amended or revoked.

Upon confirming, you will be presented with a detailed review of your vote to conclude your participation.

Once the administrator applies a completion decision, you will be notified via email and any Completion Notes shared will be visible in the Voting card summary.
