You can now generate 'Reports', accessible via your 'Administration' option, located in your menu preferences.

Broken down in three components.

  • Room Permissions
  • Boardrooms
  • Meetings

Room Permissions

Click on the Room Permissions panel in order to generate a report associated with your rooms.

Click on 'Generate' and you will be able to 'Download' an editable non-formatted Excel .CSV report.

Boardrooms

Click on the Boardrooms panel in order to generate a report associated with your rooms.

Click on Generate and you will be able to 'Download' an editable non-formatted Excel .CSV report.

Meetings

Click on the Meetings panel in order to generate a report associated with your rooms.

 

You will be required to apply a date range for those meetings you need a report for.

Once you have chosen your date range, click Generate to apply that to the report.

Click to 'Download' an editable non-formatted Excel .CSV report.
