Click on the calendar icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen to open your calendar
Click ‘sync’
Make sure the sync is set to 'Enable'
Click ‘Refresh URL' and highlight and copy the URL then click and Save.
Now open your personal email account - for the purposes of this example, we’ll use a Gmail account. Choose ‘Calendar’ from your options.
Click on the plus symbol next to 'Add a friend's Calendar' choose ‘add by URL’.
Paste the URL copied from the Virtualboardroom calendar and 'Add Calendar'
The additional calendar should appear bottom left, giving you the option to rename it via the three generic leader dots, and your Virtualboardroom meeting entries should now be synced.
