Click on the far right-right and access your menu preferences under your name.

Choose 'Email Preferences' and three options will appear; Meetings, Published Boardpack and Annotations shares.

With the radio button set to the right, your preference is set to on and you will receive notifications for that element of Virtualboardroom. With the radio button set to the left, your preference is set to off and you will not receive notifications for that element of Virtualboardroom. Once you have made your amendments click ‘Save’.
