Your 'Summary Mode' icon can be found first of your menu tools, highlighted below.
This will give you a comprehensive summary of all aspects related to the board pack you are reviewing.
Summary Mode will provide you with five key areas highlighted within each blue panel.
- 'My Document’ - will display a thumbnail of every page in your board pack
- 'My Annotations’ - will summarise the annotations you have made thus far and the pages they appear on
- 'Bookmarks’ - will highlight all bookmarked pages
- 'Received Annotations’ - will display any shared annotations received from other attendees connected with this meeting
- 'Sent Annotations’ – displays annotated pages you have shared with other attendees associated with this meeting.
'My Annotations' reflects annotated pages.
'Bookmarks' displays pages you have manually bookmarked.
'Received Annotations’ summarises annotations shared with you by other attendees of this meeting.
'Sent Annotations’ summarises annotated pages that you have shared with other attendees associated with this meeting.
