The 'Insert Image' option allows users to either insert an image that has previously been uploaded to the RightSlide image library, or to locate and insert an image from a file on the local machine. A placeholder or text box for the image to go into must be selected before inserting.
Insert from Library
Step 1: To insert an image from the image library select a placeholder to insert the image into.
Step 2: Then select ‘Insert Image’ from the ribbon followed by ‘From Image Library’ on the panel that appears.
Step 3: Choose an image from the library and press the tick to insert. Larger previews of the images can be viewed by pressing the magnifying glass icon. This will also show the image details and description.
Step 4: The image will be inserted in the placeholder.
Insert from File System
Step 1: To insert an image from a file select a placeholder to insert the image into.
Step 2: Then select ‘Insert Image’ from the ribbon followed by ‘From File’ on the panel that appears.
Step 3: This will open the ‘Windows Explorer’ panel which can be used to browse files for an image.
Step 4: Locate the image and press ‘Open’ to insert it into the placeholder.
