The ‘Formatting’ group of buttons on the ribbon includes options for editing text styles, fonts and colours whilst staying within brand guidelines.

The ‘Colours’ drop-down provides users with a pre-defined choice of approved colours that can be applied to content in a presentation. The list can be used to change the colour of text, shapes, text boxes and placeholders.

Shapes, text boxes and placeholders can be changed by clicking on the edge of the placeholder so it’s selected and choosing the required colour.

Example: To change the colour of an object, such as a textbox, select the object you want to change and click on the ‘Colours’ button.

Select a colour and the selected object will be changed.
