Notifications …

Web app notifications are highlighted by a bell icon located top right of your screen, a blue dot will highlight how many unread notifications you have.

A system generated email will also be sent to those a meeting pack has been published to. If enabled, system automated emails will also reflect any status changes to meetings.

Calendar …

The calendar icon is located next to the notification ‘Bell’.

It will be populated with meeting cards the administrator has created via the back-end of the portal.

N.B. click on a calendar entry to navigate to that meeting and its details.
