Each room has its own Document library, select your chosen room from your dashboard and select Documents.

This area acts as a repository for a variety of documentation and reference material.

This data will be available to all associated members of the room on their dashboard or in your apps.

N.B. if you have content specifically required to be accessed via your preferred app then your administrator will need to create a PDF of these file(s) and upload those within the portal at room level.
