Archive questions can be added to DotApprove if required, these will appear when a job is to be archived.
This is a good way of ensuring nothing has been missed and that users are aware everything has been completed before archiving the job.
When archiving a job, a screen similar to below will be displayed asking you to answer specific questions such as confirming all procedures have been followed.
