DotApprove allows you to predefine the SLA's on a workflow restricting the workflow owner's ability to select the due date. This function can be added to any workflow where an SLA is in place.
It also helps you to manage workflows to accommodate holidays and bank holidays.
This feature allows workflow owner to prioritise jobs that are urgent or are being resubmitted which will override the date.
The workflow owner ca input the date, time and reason for the submission:
The compliance user can see the workflow owners input when signing off the workflow. If they choose to reject the override they can set the date back to the original.
