It's very simple to create a view that allows you to see what your team is working on within DotApprove. However, if you need this view to be accessible to your team please email firstname.lastname@example.org
The Team View can be set up quickly by following the steps below.
Step 1: Within your selected room under the dashboard select the View drop down and select Create View.
Step 2: Then select the format Standard View.
Step 3: Give your View a name, for example, Marketing Team View. The audience will be auto-selected to a personal view. If you want the columns positioned in a specific order for this view Select or Deselect the boxes you would like to be displayed and number the position you would like them to be in.
Step 4: Scroll down to the Filter Section and complete the series of drop downs using the filter below. The more users on your team the more filters you will need to add.
Step 5: Select OK at the bottom and now your view will be displayed under the Views drop-down. You can switch back and forth between each view you have created. You can also set this as your default view by selecting Set as my Default View.
