Adding approvers / reviewers to a running workflow

An approver can be added to a workflow as long as the workflow is still in progress. This can be done in 4 simple steps:

 

Step 1: On the dashboard click on the 'Sign-Off Status' hyperlink. This will show as 'Pending' if the workflow is still in progress.

 

 

Step 2: Within the workflow information screen, select 'Add Reviewers and Approvers'.

 

 

Step 3: Add the approvers and reviewers as required then select 'OK'. 

 

 

Step 4: The added approvers and reviewers will appear within the running workflow under tasks and they will be sent an email informing them they have a task to complete.
