How do I reset my password?

To reset your password click on the link on your DotApprove login screen. This will send an email to the registered account on the site. It will contain a temporary password that will expire in 24hours if you do not enter this information within the time period. 

 

Follow the onscreen prompts and you will have reset your password. 

 

Please note: You will be locked out of the system if you enter your password incorrectly three times, and will require either an administrator in your team to reset it or you can contact support@dotapprove.co.uk.
